Welcome! I'm Olivia, a Clinical Psychologist from Australia.

My personal and professional goal is to help make therapy more easily accessible. I understand that starting therapy, whatever your reasons, can feel daunting—but it is so often a vital step for growth and healing.

So, to simplify your therapy journey, I offer psychological services through telehealth—a secure online video platform. I know this might seem unconventional for such a personal service, but I encourage you to set aside doubts about video conferencing. Telehealth actually helps breaks down barriers that have traditionally made it harder to attend therapy like busy schedules, mobility challenges, travel, or discomfort in unfamiliar settings. With telehealth, you can attend sessions from the comfort of your own space, at a time that suits you.

My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, ensuring you always feel supported and understood. I strive to make sessions feel comfortable and natural while providing evidence based psychological therapy specially tailored to your needs.

With over six years of experience delivering evidence-based therapy in both private and public sectors, I work with a diverse range of clients across the entire lifespan and mental health spectrum.

Who do I work with?

As a clinical psychologist I am trained to work with people of all ages. Currently I work with current, new and returning clients who are:
